What so special about a Pink G&T?
When we started out our local pub said we need a pink gin as we sell twice that of normal gin! Actually we heard rhubarb not pink - long story we failed to produce a rhubarb gin we would drink. However our Hedgerow Pink Gin is ideal for a pink Gin & Tonic with its colour great fruity flavour that tonic doesn't kill!
But what is the secret?
Use a decent amount of ice in a Copa-style glass. No that ice doesn't dilute your G&T ... well as long as you drink it over a reasonable time frame! More ice ... less dilution.
Keep your gin and the tonic in the fridge.
Which mixer?
Obviously Fever Tree Aromatic (or Fever Tree Elderflower ... but it's very pale pink).
How to garnish?
A slice of orange works well.
