Pink Negroni

Pink Negroni

OK chaps these Pink Negroni fella's are in!

Pink Negroni's are easy to do if you got the ingredients.

But what is the secret?

Use a decent amount of ice in a nice tumbler or old fashioned glass.

Keep your gin in the fridge.

Which mixer?

Light, orangey Lillet Blanc is great addition to our Hedgerow Pink Gin and the Aperol is a classic rhubarb and orange flavoured aperitif from Italy.

Sure use any other pink vermouth if you must. Some people add Campari and bitters but I have tried to keep the ingredients down.

How to garnish?

Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a basil leaf.

Ingredients

50ml (or so) Hedgerow Pink Gin

25ml Lillet Rose or other rose vermouth

15ml Aperol

Directions

Combine the pink gin, vermouth and Aperol into a tumbler with a small handful of ice.

Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.

Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a basil leaf.
