The Frith in Swaledale is the farmer who, for the year, monitors the gaetes, or the number of permitted animals on the moor.

This Gin is inspired by Karen from Frith Lodge who thankfully runs a B&B and doesn’t monitor the gaetes!

Like all our gins this is forward with its Juniper but has an amazing spice from the ginger, pink peppercorns, grains of paradise and nutmeg. This is balanced with a base of orange, cardamom, angelica and elderflower.

Big bold ginger and juniper with pronounced orange.
The Palate
Smooth silky ginger and juniper and citrus developing spicy tingle.
The Finish
Spicy ginger and citrus with lingering juniper and elderflower notes.
